To ensure that BOMA Raleigh-Durham’s Annual Sponsorships provide value to our Allied Members, are appropriately priced, and include programs/goods/services that are in line with our peers in the Raleigh market (IREM, IFMA, and TCREW)
GOALS AND DUTIES
Form a committee consisting of at least two Allied Members and either the chair or co-chair of the Special Events Committee
Annually and prior to the September board meeting, review each sponsorship level for appropriateness including but not limited to the quantities, costs, and offerings for each level.
Present for approval any changes to the sponsorship levels during the September board meeting
Work with the Public Relations Committee to make these sponsorships available for preorder/purchase by October 1st.
Meet a minimum of two times per fiscal year; 1) as stated above and 2) after the June membership lunch and before the Annual Planning Session to review the effectiveness of the exiting sponsorship levels
Include the incoming and outgoing Secretary/Treasurer in the second meeting
Work with Communications, Special Events, and the BAE as necessary to review how many of each sponsorship are available/sold.
Communicate any sponsorship updates to the Secretary/Treasurer before the lunch meetings so that the Secretary/Treasurer may give an update to the membership
