The Design, Operation, and Maintenance of Building Systems Part I

Cost: Members  $820.00, Non-Members  $870.00

(Course fee includes the computerized testing fee.  There is also a one-time $225 registration fee for those entering the RPA/FMA/SMA Program.  For those not pursuing a designation, there is an additional $75 fee.  These fees are required by the BOMI Institute.)

Course Description

This course provides information property and facility managers need to manage the ongoing operation and maintenance of building systems and to maximize building efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
