BOARD OF DIRECTORS ROLE AND AGREEMENT
The Board is the main decision making body of the Association responsible for the operational functions. The Board must also insure the continuity of the Association by planning for the future, maintaining fiscal responsibility and establishing necessary policies and procedures to support the Association’s mission and insure conformance with the Bylaws.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acceptance of a position on the Association Board, as an officer or Director, implies that compliance with these stated duties and responsibilities will be maintained.
